Estonian PM reaches settlement to regain majority in parliament

VILNIUS, July 8 (Reuters) – Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas’ liberal Reform Party introduced on Friday it reached an settlement to type a majority coalition within the parliament, following a month of negotiations.
